A seat in hyperlogs refers to a user license that grants access to the platform. Each seat represents an individual team member who can log in and use the platform’s features.
Do you offer discounts on pricing?
Yes! Switching from a monthly to an annual plan gives you a discount. Additionally, we offer special pricing for large teams with more than 10 seats. Contact us to explore available discounts for your organization.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
If you're on a monthly plan, you will retain access until your next billing cycle. If you're on an annual plan, you will have access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for canceled plans.
Can I try hyperlogs before purchasing?
Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial that gives you full access to all features. This helps you explore the platform before deciding on the right plan for your team.
Is there a limit to the number of users in the trial plan?
No, there is no limit to the number of users who can join during the 14-day free trial. You can invite your entire team to test hyperlogs.
What payment methods and currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in USD for international customers. However, our payment gateway can handle all currencies, so you can make payments using your preferred currency, which will be converted accordingly. We accept major credit/debit cards for seamless transactions.
Do I need any IT infrastructure to use hyperlogs?

Can I change my plan after purchasing?

You can add additional seats anytime. Your billing will be adjusted accordingly, and the new seats will be charged based on your plan.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
hyperlogs does not offer refunds after a subscription is purchased. However, you can cancel anytime, and your plan will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
